About Sour Baker
We are Amelia and Raul, a couple with a strong passion for cooking and baking. Over the years we ended up experimenting more with sourdough starter for both pastry and bread but after taking the Ferrandi Paris courses we decided to start our own little home bakery. Our products are all levained and cold fermented, we strive to make the best with the materials we find so that our we can share and enjoy savories and sweets that are full of taste and healthy ingredients.
